How to send tax questionnaire reminders individually

Go to Self-Assessment on the left-hand menu of the Agent Dashboard and select Client List. Then select which client you wish to send a Tax Questionnaire Reminder to by using the search bar and clicking Update. 

 

 


  1. Once you have located to client in question you will then need to click email (envelope icon) on the right-hand side. 

 

 

 

A pop will appear where you will have to make sure that the correct email address and Subject (Tax Questionnaire Reminder) have been selected (also make sure any email template you wish to have set for this specific type of email has been chosen). Once all the correct details and format has been chosen, click Send.
