How to add a Director

To add a director, first go to Settings on the left-hand menu of the client's dashboard, go to the Directors section, click on the Edit button in the top right-hand corner and click on Add Director. 


 

 

Enter any relevant information such as First/Last Name, Address and Join Date as Director. If the Director is also a shareholder, then tick the Shareholder tick box under Status.  Once these have been filled out click Save.  


 

You can add shares to a director by clicking on the icon within the Is Shareholder column, clicking the Add button within the pop-up page and then entering the correct details such as Share Type, Effective Date and the amount of shares. Once this has been filled out, click Save.
