Agent Setup - Workflow


The Workflow tab allows an Agent to enable system default emails to be sent out to clients and leads and you can set up the day when you want to send out these emails.  

For example, you can choose to auto send the Lead Confirmation Statement Marketing Email to your leads/lead owner 10 days before the due date. You can preview any email templates by clicking on the Eye icon next to each specific template. 


To create a new workflow, click on the New Workflow button located within the Agent Created Emails section. 


 

 

For example, to send a welcome email to lead that has just signed a contract, first select Leads within the Select Module field and add a descriptionThen specify when this email will be sent out and, in this case, it would be Until The First Time The Condition In True. 


 

 Then set up the conditions in which a welcome email will be sent out for. First select what variable is in question (Lead Status) and then select the task in which this lead has completed (Contract Signed).  


 

Then select which internal task needs to be carried out once the lead has signed the contract. Click on the Add Task button, select the Send Mail option and then create and save the email template that will be sent out. This workflow will now be automatically carried out every time a new lead has signed a contract. 


 

To manage any existing workflow, select the Pencil icon to edit and select the Bin icon to delete.
